How many driving lessons will I need?

How many driving lessons in our area any pupil needs will vary with each individual. No matter what skills any person learns the time it takes to master those skills varies dramatically.  What so many people forget is that 24 driving lessons in our area is only the equivalent to one days driving.  Yet people think that they can pass one of the hardest driving tests in the world with less than a day’s experience.

Every pupil will require a different amount of driving lessons. Every day our staff at our driving school in our area are asked “How many lessons will I need?” The simple answer is that we do not know until we have seen you drive. So book an assessment and one of our qualified driving instructors will be able to give you a more precise idea.

So many new drivers are involved in accidents within their first two years simply because so many are only interested in getting cheap driving lessons in our area. The skills that your driving instructor teaches you on your driving lessons in our area will help keep you safe and even alive once you have passed your driving test.  When thinking of which driving school in our area to book with far too many ask themselves “Which driving school in our area is the cheapest?”  They should be asking themselves “How much is my life worth?”

The

UK driving test is now one of the hardest driving tests in the world to pass. So many pupils think they will only need ten or fifteen hours.  What pupils fail to grasp is that 24 one-hour driving lessons is only one day’s worth of experience. Could you learn to play a piano in one day? Even the DSA suggest that anybody attempting the driving test needs an average of forty-eight hours worth of driving. Even that is only the equivalent of one weekend of driving. Be realistic and remember that one day your safety will depend on the skills you mastered on your driving lessons in our area.

Nearly every other phone call that our driving school in our area receives will include “How many lessons will I need?” the very simple answer is that until we have seen you drive our driving school in our area has no idea.  Book an assessment and one of our experienced and fully qualified driving instructors will be able to judge your driving ability and be able to tell you how many driving lessons you will need.

Could you learn to play a musical instrument in a weekend to such a standard that you could earn a living playing it? This is doubtful. Strange question to ask but so many people think they can learn to drive to drive in just ten to fifteen hours. They fail to appreciate that twenty-four hourly driving lessons is only one days worth of driving experience.  Our driving school has to teach our pupils enough skills not only to pass one of the hardest driving tests in the world but enough competence that the pupil is safe after passing the driving test.  The DSA recommends that every driving needs about forty-eight hours of driving before attempting the driving test.

How many driving lessons in our area a pupil needs varies dramatically. Like learning any new subject or skills everybody learns at different speeds.  So few pupils appreciate that even twenty-four hourly driving lessons is only a days worth of driving experience.  Can any pupil really expect to learn enough skills and knowledge in a day to keep themselves alive after passing the driving test?  Instead of wondering how many driving lessons in our area they will need they need to ask how much practise I need to keep myself alive once I have passed the driving test.

The DSA recommends that anybody attempting the

UK driving test, which is one of the hardest in the world, needs approximately forty-eight hours worth of driving. Very few pupils appreciate that forty-eight hours of driving lessons in our area is only worth a weekends worth of experience. Is that really sufficient experience to help keep you safe and alive once you are driving alone?  This is why you should always find the best driving school in our area not the cheapest one.

People are amazed when they learn that the DSA recommends that every pupil needs, on average, forty-eight hours worth of driving lessons if they wish to attempt the

UK driving test. Our driving test is now one of the hardest in the world. This is because of the amount of congestion on our British roads we need to make sure that all newly qualified drivers have the necessary skills mastered before they take their tests to help keep them, and other road users, safe and alive once they are driving alone.

Newly qualified drivers have far too many accidents in their first two years of driving because so many simply book with cheap driving schools.
